All of the jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver. The gold and rose gold pieces are plated over the sterling silver

We have a ring size chart available 👉🏼  here 👈🏼 . We recommend measuring your finger with a measuring tape of piece of string (but not too tight as the ring won't fit past your knuckle), then correlating that length in cm with our number chart. The rings range from size 5-9, but we plan to expand sizes in the future

 

Once your order is shipped, we will email you with your Australia Post tracking number

 

Please email us straight away with details and send photos of the damaged product. We will replace any manufacturing faults.

 

Please send us an email straight away with your order number and images of the product you received. We will send you the correct jewellery pending that item is in stock. If the item is sold out we will offer a store credit or refund.

 

Please take into consideration that covid 19 has had a significant impact on shipping times worldwide. Typically, within Australia, standard shipping is 3-6 days, and express is 2-4 days. Shipping outside of Australia, standard shipping is 5-10 days and express is 3-6 days. We aim for you to receive your jewellery as soon as possible but unfortunately there may be unexpected delays once your package leaves our fulfilment centre that are out of our control.

 

Australia: For orders up to $119, standard shipping is $10 and express is $15. If you order $120 or more, we will ship your jewellery express for free!

New Zealand: For orders up to $139, standard shipping is $15 and express is $30. If you order $140 or more, we will ship your jewellery express for free!

  

Please do some research to find out if your country will charge taxes/duties on these items, as we are not responsible for any costs that may occur.

We are happy to exchange the ring if you selected the wrong size and it is still in perfect condition with packaging. However please take into consideration that if you do need to exchange sizes, we cannot guarantee that your size will be in stock. If we are sold out of your preferred size, we will offer you a store credit for when we restock or we will refund you.

 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for 'change of mind'.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you decide that you want to return your items, please email us and we will provide you with a returns slip. We will offer a store credit or refund.

 

We offer a one year warranty for genuine product damage. We cannot honour the warranty if the jewellery has not been cared for correctly by the customer according to our jewellery care advice.
